one week to go

Hi

Well have just finished my last longish run before next week, am stunned that we've only one week to go, now comes avoiding all those people that so much as even sneeze. All this hard work and it is hard work is about to pay off.
Need to pop to the chemist for some blister plasters as Imanaged to get myself a rather large and I must say impressive blood blister ...... nice.

rest and carbs is the key for this week , the easiest week on the training calender, well thats if you dont count sunday 8o)

also so enjoying not having to wrap up like im about to go on an artic treck every time I run , even caught a bit of sunshine today and the pleasure of a running buddy all goes to make the experience a pleasure, even wore shorts, oooooo Im sorry for those that had to endure that one !

Anyways just want to say a massive thanks to all you lovely people that are sponsering us you have no idea how much it means to us and how it keeps us going in those tough moments.

Hi again

oh my three weeks to go ! well to be precise three weeks yesterday. now Im thinking could do with a little more time .
It was a long run day yesterday and these long runs are tough ! Im hoping that on the day with the atmosphere of the event and that cheering on is going to make all the difference , and the weather hasnt got much time to warm up or else Im going to be the one running with a scarf on . Running up hill into a strong wind............. it hurts after mile 15 !

You all are being so fab with all this sponsership , thankyou.

any way off to do some more carb loading, when my legs allow me to use them to get to the kitchen , they have till tomorrow to get their act together as they are running again but dont tell them that just yet Im thinking Ill spring it on them later tomorrow. 80)
